How to navigate through our Web site

It is our goal to make your visit to our Web site as pleasant of an experience as possible. We encourage you to e-mail us at apr-webmaster@jocogov.org if you would like to make a comment about our Web site, positive or negative, or if you would like to make a suggestion on how we could improve it.

Our Web site contains seven (7) categories, which are bolded below, that guide users to a particular destination.  Six of the categories are on the left of every page and contain sub-categories.  The last category is at the bottom of every page.  

By hovering the cursor, using a mouse, over the main six categories, a user is able to expand the menu and then click on the appropriate sub-category to go directly to that page.

Dates and Deadlines - an annual timeline of important dates/deadlines

Personal Property - a brief description on how the county appraises personal property

Commercial Statistics - look up commercial stats such as the cap rate study

Residential Statistics - look up appraisal and sale price stats by city
